While we don’t offer dine-in seating, we make sure every customer enjoys a positive, welcoming experience from order to pickup or delivery.
Manager Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Manager to join our team. This role combines leadership, hands-on pizza making, and excellent customer service. Doughtroit’s Manager ensures smooth daily operations, supports team members, and helps us create outstanding food and service to our Findlay community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service at the counter and when taking orders over the phone.
Lead, supervise, and support team members during scheduled shifts.
Prepare menu items including making pizzas, sides, and other menu offerings.
Mix, portion, and manage dough preparation.
Open, or close, and manage shift hours as needed.
Handle food prep and ingredient organization for efficient operations.
Maintain a clean and organized store, including general cleaning, dishes, etc.
Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times.
Work as part of a team and step in where needed to keep service smooth.
Qualifications: We will train the right person.
Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Flexible, reliable, and able to work day, evenings or weekends.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Reliable transportation is required.
Schedule & Availability: We have from 35-40 hours a week available for our new manager.
Flexible shifts, day and evenings. Must be able to work weekends.
